Vienna is a remarkable city!  It is truly a wonderful city to explore and walk through old town.  Most of old town is drive-able; however, some of it is strictly for pedestrians.  Take advantage of the opportunity to stroll through these remarkable streets and enjoy the amazing details put into this romantic and beautiful city.  Here are just a few of our favorite photos from our visit to Vienna.

 

The Art of the City

This beautiful sculpture is actually on the corner of a building.  Amazing details like this abound in Vienna.  A walking tour is a must for this city.

 

Vienna the City of Romance

Romance is alive and well in Vienna.  On our walking tour of the old town, I caught this couple holding hands.  It was so sweet, I just had to take a picture!  Who would you like to stroll through Vienna with?

 

 

Roman Ruins are pictured below.  It is amazing that they can still be found in such a beautiful city.  Glad they held on to their past!

 

 

 

 

This beautiful tree lined street is just off the pedestrian section of Vienna.  It is so beautiful and peaceful.  Can't you just imagine living here?

 

 

The sunset in Vienna is stunning.  Happened to be near this beautiful church along the Danube River at sunset.  The Danube River is not in the city center like many other cities along its banks.  Still a nice walk!
