I am impressed with Cal and Jana's individual interest and caring. They have done a wonderful job planning our group’s cruise! They have given us lots of information and help including newsy e-mails, excursion information and recommendations, maps and literature regarding our destination in the mail and lots of help over the phone. They made our airfare reservations, as well as hotel and excursion reservations. They communicated with the cruise line to help accommodate special diet restrictions. I am impressed with how available they have made themselves to answer our questions and help with many details, for us individually, as well as for our group.
